MASFAA Financial Aid Winter Institute January 6, 2010 at Bowdoin College

financial aid information from financial aid practitioners

Welcome to the MASFAA Financial Aid Winter Institute Information & Registration Site

The Maine Asssociation of Student Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA) offers six, day-long curriculum tracks throughout the year addressing important issues associated with the application, awarding and delivery of college financial aid programs and services.

WHILE ALL TRACKS ARE OFFERED IN AUGUST, ONLY THE PARENT, COLLEGE COACH AND COLLEGE COUNSELOR TRACKS ARE OFFERED IN JANUARY.

Curriculum tracks are taught by veteran financial aid practitioners currently employed at Maine colleges and universities and working daily in the service of students and parents enrolled at their institutions.

Curriculum tracks have been customized for various public audiences - including one specifically for parents. Institute faculty are dedicated to providing accurate, current and useful information to college counselors, new admissions and financial aid officers, college coaches and professional advisors working in related businesses and industry.

The Maine Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA) is a non-profit association of practicing financial aid administrators dedicated to professional excellence, public service, and financial aid advocacy for Maine students and parents.

We trust you will find your involvement with the Instutute to be professionally rewarding and worthwhile and we hope you will not hesitate to encourage your colleagues to register early for next year's Summer Institute.
